WHY I AM FIGHTING THIS BATTLE
Mark T. Andrews walks us through his journey through Family Court, the loss of his children, and fraud on the court committed in his case.
Mark is a father of 2 and part of the abusive Family Court Legal System.
Mark is a 13- year veteran and licensed officer of the court, known as a Process Server working for over 400 lawyers, 15 investigators and 3 judges.
There was also a Federal Civil Rights Case Mark filed, 17-CV-00252 WHO.
Apparently, Federal Judge William Orrick, III (also the judge that handled the First Trump Travel Ban), made a ruling in his case that said Judges have ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY from suit, even when they have VIOLATED your CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED RIGHTS.
Mark's case has spanned over 19 years (2002 - 2021).
He has been in front of 15 judges, 3 commissioners, 73 hearings and hauled into court 11 times by warrant.
FATHERLESSNESS IS UNACCEPTABLE
People do not realize the consequences of fatherlessness until it’s too late.
- In the United States, Mississippi has the highest number of fatherless homes, with 36% of households falling into the category. Louisiana comes in second at 34%, while Alabama is third at 31%.
- According to a new report on the family breakdown, at least one million children are growing up without a father. If there was ever a time that it shows this need, just look, this is the product of a fatherless generation.
It’s not easy for the children as they need a loving father in their life, both Sons & Daughters.
Children need their daddies from birth, to love, teach and guide them.
Mark has seen his kids for less than one months worth of hours in 19 years. In all this time, his ex-wife has never once been held accountable for not showing up with the kids.
The kids haven't been allowed to come over for visits in the summer, no Easters, no Thanksgiving, one birthday each in 19 years and just 2 Christmas's in the same span.
Mark's kids haven't been to his home since the first week in April of 2004, nor has their father been allowed to take his son to a football game. He has had to visit his children in a four-block radius for two years, in a town called Sonoma, California. These children haven't seen their father since 2008, and have such a damaged relationship from all the time they were alienated from any and all visitation. This absence of a father, can and does affects children in areas of self-esteem, relationship, education, and crime.
NO PARENT SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS.
The answer is simple, we need daddies in the lives of their children.
WORKING TOWARD A BETTER SYSTEM FOR THE KIDS
Mark T. Andrews is also the man who submitted the Family Court Whistleblower Complaint to Congress in 2020 through Congressman Mark DeSaulnier and Ro Khanna.
They then submitted it to the Overbite and Reform committee, which oversees Title IV-D funding to the courts.
This is NOW opening up talks regarding Family Court Reform. Because The statistics are astounding for
Kids from Fatherless homes :
- Have lower grade-point averages & score lower on standardized tests. Scores of the SAT college entrance exam have been dropping over the same time period that white single-mother families have been increasing.
- Are 3 times more likely to commit a crime Violent teen behavior is correlated with a number of single-mother families in a community.
- Are at higher risk for depression, drug & alcohol abuse.
- Are twice as likely to commit suicide. Teen suicide rates have been increasing over the same period that white single-mother families have been increasing.
- As adults have higher divorce & domestic violence rates.
- Are more damaged by these problems if they are boys, than if they are girls.
And this is jus the tip of the iceberg !!
